BOC Capital Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 300,000,000 in equity round of funding on March 29, 2022. The transaction will include participation from existing investor BOC International Securities Co., Ltd. to retain its 100% stake. Upon closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 1,700,000,000 to CNY 2,000,000,000.
The transaction has been approved in the eighth meeting of the second board of directors of the investor.
