BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. Reports Earnings Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended September 30, 2023

BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported net interest income was PLN 1,371.1 million compared to PLN 126.21 million a year ago. Net income was PLN 445.48 million compared to net loss of PLN 346.6 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 3.02 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PLN 2.35 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 3.02 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PLN 2.35 a year ago.
For the nine months, net interest income was PLN 3,814.61 million compared to PLN 2,286.73 million a year ago. Net income was PLN 1,393.11 million compared to PLN 188.81 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 9.44 compared to PLN 1.28 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PLN 9.43 compared to PLN 1.28 a year ago.
