Bigben Interactive gained 2% following the publication of net earnings of 13 million euros for fiscal year 2022-23, compared with 10.3 million previously, with Ebitda after IFRS2 and non-recurring items up 29.8% to 55.4 million.

Thanks to a more favorable product mix, gross margin improved by 5.2 points to 44.8% on sales of 283.5 million euros, up 2.8%, with stability for Nacon and 6.4% growth for the AudioVideo/Telco division.

With Nacon Gaming expected to enjoy sustained growth, and Bigben Audio-Video/Telco holding up well, the Group anticipates strong sales growth for the year as a whole.

In addition, the Board of Directors has decided to submit to the AGM on July 21, a distribution in kind of one Nacon share for every five Bigben Interactive shares held, representing to date around 4.25% of Nacon's share capital.
