Guolian Video (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 25.8 million on October 27, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Beijing United Information Technology Co.,Ltd. The transaction has been reviewed and approved at the second meeting of the eighth session of the board of directors of the investor.
Beijing United Information Technology Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce and industrial Internet platform business. The Company operates four segments. The Online Commodity Trading segment is mainly engaged in raw material industrial e-commerce business and provides software as a service (SaaS) such as cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP), electronic contracts, online payment, smart logistics, digital factory, and industrial Internet. The Business Information Services segment mainly provides business information, marketing and promotion services, exhibitions, industry information and data products, and advertising services. The Internet Technology Services segment mainly provides digital cloud application services and digital supply chain, digital factory and industrial Internet platform services.
