Beijing Energy Investment Holding Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 7% stake in Beijing Huayuanyitong Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002893) from Zhao Yibo for approximately CNY 140 million on February 11, 2022. As per the transaction, Beijing Energy Investment Holding Co., Ltd. will acquire 14,196,000 shares at CNY 9.68 per share.
Beijing Energy Investment Holding Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 7% stake in Beijing Huayuanyitong Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002893) from Zhao Yibo on July 13, 2022. . The controlling shareholder of the company will be changed from Mr. Zhao Yibo to Beijing Energy Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and the actual controller of the company will be changed from Mr. Zhao Yibo to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Beijing Municipal People's Government (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing SASAC").
