Basic Chemical Industries Co SJSC is a Saudi Arabia-based joint stock company, engaged in the chemicals industry sector. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is involved in the manufacture of chemical products, including hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, hypochlorite, chlorine gas, calcium chloride, adhesive materials for hot and cold, chemicals for concrete, detergents, ferric chloride, hydrogen peroxide, polyurethane chemicals, aluminum chloride and potassium hydroxide. In addition, the Company also is involved in the provision of maintenance and operations services for projects and factories, as well as in the wholesale and retail trade of commercial and industrial chemicals. The Companyâs subsidiaries include Basic Chemical National Company (BCNC), Saudi Water Treatment Company (SWTC) and Chemical Marketing and Distribution Company (CMDC).
