INFORMATION TO THE MARKET

Banco do Brasil S.A. (BB or Bank) hereby informs that according to article 30, item I, letter "b" of its bylaws, Mr. Euler Antônio Luz Mathias was nominated for the position of Government Officer.

1. Euler Antonio Luz Mathias has been a career employee at Banco do Brasil for 29 years and currently holds the position of General Manager in the Service Chain Unit. Prior to that, he was General Manager at the Retail and Public Sector Business Unit, National Public Sector Superintendent, Corporate Superintendent São Paulo, Executive Manager at the Wholesale Division and Regional Retail Superintendent in Santos (SP). Currently, he is also a member of the Board of Directors at Poupex / FHE and a member of the Supervisory Board at PREVI - Banco do Brasil Employee Pension Fund. He holds a law degree from Centro Universitário Salesiano de São Paulo, with an MBA in Business Management from FIPECAFI SP.
2. The nomination is in process of approval by the governance to proceed with the election by the Board of Directors.
3. The Officer currently occupying the respective position continues to exercise his functions regularly until the investiture of the nominee.
4. Additional facts considered important will be promptly disclosed to the market.
