Azrieli Group announced earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2016. For the quarter, the company reported NOI of ILS 321 million against ILS 306 million a year ago. Net profit in the quarter totaled ILS 244 million, compared with ILS 246 million in the same period last year. Net profit was slightly affected from a one-time tax expense due to the purchase of the Lodzia land in Holon. FFO from real estate activity was ILS 232 million against ILS 217 million a year ago. For the six month, the company reported NOI of ILS 637 million against ILS 602 million a year ago. Net debt totaled ILS 7.2 billion. EPRA NAV per share was ILS 142 per share, compared with ILS 134 per share on June 30, 2015. FFO from real estate activity was ILS 460 million against ILS 422 million a year ago.
