Manila Jockey Club, Inc. (MJCI) entered into an Agreement with AKL Properties, Inc. to develop MJCI's 60-hectare property in Carmona, Cavite into a business hub. The parties have appointed Ayala Land, Inc. as the development manager of said property.
Ayala Land, Inc. is a Philippines-based property developer. The Company is focused on developing integrated and mixed-use real estates. The Company operates through eight segments: Property Development, International Business, Shopping Centers, Offices, Hotels and Resorts, Construction, Property management, and Others.
