Ayala Land, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 32,908.82 million compared to PHP 32,972.54 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 7,000.14 million compared to PHP 5,262.64 million a year ago.
For the nine months, revenue was PHP 98,916.13 million compared to PHP 86,310.83 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 18,392.26 million compared to PHP 13,342.17 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.22 compared to PHP 0.89 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.22 compared to PHP 0.89 a year ago.
