Ayala Land, Inc. has received a letter from Mr. Solomon M. Hermosura tendering his resignation as Corporate Secretary and Group General Counsel, effective February 29, 2024. Mr. Hermosura will be transitioning to government service. His replacement will be appointed by the Board of Directors in due course.
Ayala Land, Inc. is a Philippines-based property developer. The Company is focused on developing integrated and mixed-use real estates.
