An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire A steel fabrication facility within Kawasan Perindustrian SiLC from Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (KLSE:AXREIT) for approximately MYR 160 million on April 24, 2024. The net proceeds of the Proposed Disposal, after deducting all fees and expenses relating to the Proposed Disposal. The sale and purchase of the Property is subject to obtaining the MOE Confirmation and the 433B Consent to Transfer.

The Proposed Disposal is expected to be completed by the second half of year 2024.
