Athens Medical Center SA reported group and company earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014. For the quarter, the group reported revenue of EUR 41,852,000 against EUR 45,446,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was EUR 334,000 against EUR 2,495,000 a year ago. Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent was EUR 897,000 or EUR 0.01 per basic share against loss of EUR 1,533,000 or EUR 0.02 per basic share a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was EUR 11,335,000 against EUR 30,913,000 a year ago. Purchase of tangible and intangible fixed assets was EUR 414,000 against EUR 748,000 a year ago.
For the quarter, the company reported revenue of EUR 40,655,000 against EUR 44,220,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was EUR 217,000 against EUR 2,140,000 a year ago.
