Barzel Properties agreed to acquire Four distribution centres and five stores from Atacadão S.A. (BOVESPA:CRFB3) for valuation of BRL 1.2 billion in May 2023. The assets will be leased back to Carrefour for 20 years, with the option to renew for additional five-year periods.
