Astrocast SA announced that it has entered into a convertible loan agreements and has issued convertible notes for the gross proceeds of CHF 1.6 million on November 24, 2022. The transaction included participation from existing long-term investors. The Company has issued convertible loans for a total proceeds of CHF 7.4 million.
