Nadir Godrej, Tanya Dubash, Nisaba Godrej and Pirojsha Godrej made an offer to acquire a 26% stake in Astec LifeSciences Limited (NSEI:ASTEC) for INR 5.4 billion on April 30, 2024. The tender offer is being made for 5.09 million shares at an offer price of INR 1069.75 per share. Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited acted as manager to the offerors.
