Aspial Corporation Limited announced the retirement of Kau Jee Chu as Independent Director, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kau Jee Chu has served as an Independent Director of the Company for more than 9 years. Mr. Kau Jee Chu has decided not to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2023 and retire as an Independent Director.
