The Company’s Jewellery Business consists of various jewelry brands, including German jewellery house, Niessing, Lee Hwa Jewellery and Goldheart Jewellery. Its Real estate business consists of managing property development projects in Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia. In Singapore, the Company is focused on leasing the commercial units in Citygate and other projects. In Australia, it sells and leases residential units in its freehold iconic tower. The Company’s Financial Service Business provides pawnbroking services and secured loan services.
