Asm Technologies Limited Declares 3Rd Interim Dividend on the Equity Shares for the Year 2022-2023, Payable on or Before 7 March, 2023

The Board of ASM Technologies Limited has declared an 3rd Interim dividend of on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2022-2023 at a rate of INR 1/- per share on the face value of INR 10/- fully paid and INR 0.30/- per share on the face value of INR 3/- partly paid up at 10%., for the year 2022-2023. Dividend will be paid on or before 7" of March, 2023.
