AS Ekspress Grupp Announces Resignation of Signe Kukin as Financial Director, Effective August 31, 2023

AS Ekspress Grupp announced that Signe Kukin, the financial director and a member of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp, will leave the company at her own request on August 31, 2023. Signe Kukin has been working as Group financial director and the member of the Management Board since August 2018. Until the new board member is elected, the Groupâ€™s Management Board will continue with two members: Mari-Liis RÃ¼Ã¼tsalu (Chairman of the Board) and Karl Anton.
