Arealink Co.,Ltd. announced non consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended September 30, 2013. For the period on consolidated basis, the company reported operating revenues of JPY 9,502 million against JPY 7,358 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 1,288 million against JPY 811 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 1,229 million against JPY 742 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 1,114 million against JPY 681 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 9.08 against JPY 5.55 a year ago. Net income before income taxes was JPY 1,235,181,000 against JPY 714,926,000 a year ago.
The company provided non-consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013. For the year on non-consolidated basis, the company expects net sales of JPY 11,565 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,485 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,400 million, net income of JPY 1,200 million and net income per share of JPY 9.77.
The company announced that it expects to resume payment with a forecast annual cash dividend of JPY 2.50 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013.
Arealink Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the provision leasing services of storage space. The Company operates in two business segments. The Real Estate Operation Service segment is involved in the provision of storage space, the setting of containers, the parking lot business, the lease, maintenance and management of secondhand real estate including offices, stores, dwelling houses and hotels, the provision of small offices, among other businesses. The Real Estate Revitalization and Liquidation Service segment adds value to its purchased real estate properties by conducting renovation works to the buildings, and sells the properties to investors.
