Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. Appoints Carrie Wilkens as Class II Director and on the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees

On October 25, 2023, the Board of Directors of Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. increased the size of the Board from eight (8) to nine (9) members. In connection therewith, the Board appointed Carrie Wilkens as a Class II director in order to fill the newly created vacancy, effective as of October 25, 2023. There was no arrangement or understanding between Ms. Wilkens and any other person pursuant to which Ms. Wilkens was appointed as a director.

Ms. Wilkens was appointed to serve on the Corporate Governance and Compensation Committees.
