ARA Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd., as manager of ARA US Hospitality Property Trust ("ARA H- REIT"), and ARA Business Trust Management (USH) Pte. Ltd, as trustee-manager of ARA US Hospitality Management Trust ("ARA H-BT") (collectively known as the "Managers"), wish to announce the appointment of Ms. Low Mei Mei Maureen as Company Secretary of the Managers of ARA US Hospitality Trust ("ARA H-Trust"), in place of Ms. Yeoh Kar Choo Sharon with effect from 23 September 2021.
