Bacall Companies entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport from ARA US Hospitality Trust (SGX:XZL) for $7.7 million on November 27, 2023. The Transaction is subject to the fulfilment of purchaser due diligence on the Property. Completion of the transaction is expected to be in 1Q 2024.
