Aquaporin A/S announced that Peter Holme Jensen, Aquaporin's Founder, is stepping down from his role as Chief Innovation Officer on the Executive Management Team and will be proposed as a new member of the Company's Board of Directors for election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 4, 2024. Torsten Høybye Bak Regueira, who has been with Aquaporin for 7 years, working alongside Peter Holme Jensen in driving and managing the R&D department, is appointed to the Executive Management Team as Chief Technology Officer. The changes announced will ensure that strong R&D competences continue to be embedded across the Company's management structure.

Going forward, the Company's Executive Management Team consists of: Chief Executive Officer, Matt Boczkowski, Chief Financial Officer, Klaus Juhl Wulff, Chief Operating Officer, Joerg Hess, and Chief Technology Officer, Torsten Høybye Bak Regueira. Peter Holme Jensen remains available until March 31, 2024 and will work with Torsten Høybye Bak Regueira as he takes up the role of Chief Technology Officer to ensure a streamlined and effective transition. The election of the Board of Directors will take place at the Company's Annual General Meeting due to be held at the Company's headquarters in Kongens Lyngby on April 4, 2024.
