Apollo Tyres Limited informed that Mr. Robert Steinmetz (DIN: 00178792) has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on March 21, 2024, due to personal reasons. Consequently, Mr. Robert Steinmetz shall also cease to be a Member of Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Board with effect from the close of business hours on March 21, 2024.
