London Security PLC - West Yorkshire, England-based manufacturer of fire protection products - and Andrews Sykes Group PLC - Wolverhampton-based heating and air-conditioning firm - Report the death of long-serving chair and director, Jacques-Gaston Murray. Jean-Jacques Murray, the son of Murray, will assume the role of chair at both companies, with effect from June 7. Both firms remain extremely confident in their ongoing strategy and prospects.
