AMBRA Group reported consolidated and separate earnings results for the second quarter and first half ended December 31, 2017. For the first half, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales revenue of PLN 298.391 million compared to PLN 281.646 million a year ago. EBITDA was PLN 56.106 million compared to PLN 47.326 million a year ago. EBIT was PLN 50.178 million compared to PLN 41.727 million a year ago. Net profit attributable to the owners of the company was PLN 29.111 million compared to PLN 26.743 million a year ago. EPS was PLN 1.15 compared to PLN 1.06 a year ago. Net cash flows used in operating activities was PLN 7.009 million compared to PLN 5.269 million a year ago. Adjusted EBIT was PLN 48.6 million compared to PLN 43.1 million a year ago. Adjusted net profit attributable to the owners of the company was PLN 31.8 million compared to PLN 27.8 million a year ago. Diluted book value per share was PLN 10.35 compared to PLN 10.07 a year ago. Profit before tax was PLN 49.477 million compared to PLN 41.371 million a year ago.
For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales revenue of PLN 194.324 million compared to PLN 185.061 million a year ago. EBITDA was PLN 42.639 million compared to PLN 39.024 million a year ago. EBIT was PLN 39.597 million compared to PLN 36.228 million a year ago. Net profit attributable to the owners of the company was PLN 23.332 million compared to PLN 22.350 million a year ago. EPS was PLN 0.93 compared to PLN 0.89 a year ago. Net cash flows from operating activities was PLN 11.738 million compared to PLN 17.593 million a year ago. Profit before tax was PLN 39.044 million compared to PLN 35.771 million a year ago.
For the first half, on separate basis, the company reported net sales revenue of PLN 170.473 million compared to PLN 159.504 million a year ago. EBIT was PLN 28.195 million compared to PLN 21.693 million a year ago. Profit before tax was PLN 33.391 million compared to PLN 26.227 million a year ago. Net profit from continued activities was PLN 24.485 million compared to PLN 21.835 million a year ago. Current net profit was PLN 24.485 million compared to PLN 21.835 million a year ago. Diluted EPS was PLN 0.97 compared to PLN 0.87 a year ago. Net cash flows used in operating activities was PLN 12.539 million compared to net cash flows from operating activities of PLN 2.388 million a year ago.
For the quarter, on separate basis, the company reported net sales revenue of PLN 114.360 million compared to PLN 107.255 million a year ago. EBIT was PLN 24.221 million compared to PLN 20.909 million a year ago. Profit before tax was PLN 25.936 million compared to PLN 21.784 million a year ago. Net profit from continued activities was PLN 17.892 million compared to PLN 17.755 million a year ago. Current net profit was PLN 17.892 million compared to PLN 17.755 million a year ago. Diluted EPS was PLN 0.71 compared to PLN 0.70 a year ago.
