Hyundai Aluminum Corporation announced that it expects to receive KRW 10 billion in funding from Aluko Co., Ltd.

Hyundai Aluminum Corporation announced a private placement of 100,000 common shares with returning investor Aluko Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A001780) at KRW 100,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 10,000,000,000 on November 28, 2016. The scheduled investement date is December 12, 2016. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor. The number of issued shares will increase from 2,736,270 to 2,836,270 shares as investor will acquire 3.525757% stake in the company
The company reported total assets of KRW 111,155,684,983, total liabilities of KRW 77,052,296,755, total stockholders’ equity of KRW 34,103,388,228, capital of KRW 27,362,700,000, sales revenue of KRW 76,402,582,201, and net profit of KRW 769,215,718 for the year ended December 31, 2015.
