Agroland Business System S.A. (BVB:AG) agreed to acquire Compound feed factory in Caransebes of Lipoplast from Lipoplast S R L for €1.3 million on July 22, 2021. Agroland and Lipoplast will complete the acquisition process of the factory by the end of 2021.
