Phuc Son Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive a round of funding from Adtec Plasma Technology Co., Ltd. (TSE:6668) on April 6, 2018. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor.
ADTEC PLASMA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is mainly engaged in the semiconductor and liquid crystal-related business and the research institure and university-related business. The Company operates in two segments. The Semiconductor and Liquid Crystal-related segment is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of high-frequency plasma generators, matching units and measuring equipment. The Research Institute and University-related segment is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of direct electric current sources, pulsed power supplies, microwave sources and superconducting electromagnet sources for medical and environmental-related equipment and photovoltaic generation manufacturing equipment, among others. In addition, the Company also provides related technical services.
