Shengqu Technology International (Pte.) Ltd agreed to acquire 7.4% stake in Eyedentity Games, Inc. from Actoz Soft Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A052790) for KRW 10.9 billion on March 16, 2020. Shengqu Technology International will acquire 192,560 shares. For the year ended December 31, 2019, Eyedentity Games had revenues of 59.32 billion and net income of KRW 24.25 billion. As at December 31, 2019, Eyedentity Games had total assets of KRW 66.37 billion. The transaction is expected to complete on March 31, 2020. As of April 1, 2020, the transaction is expected to complete within April 20, 2020.
