Good Hemp, Inc. (OTCPK:GHMP) entered into a non binding letter of intent to acquire SL Zero, LLC, Alternative Health and Wellness, LLC, ETCB, LLC, Sacred Leaf, LLC and Sacred Leaf Franchising LLC for $3.9 million on June 8, 2021. As per the consideration, Good Hemp would pay $0.5 million cash and 2.6 million shares of common stock. In addition Good Hemp would make an offer of employment to the Seller, with a base annual salary of $0.15 million and a target discretionary bonus of an as-yet undetermined percentage of the base salary. In the letter of intent, the parties expressed their intent to use commercially reasonable efforts to close the Acquisition by August 31, 2021.
Accredited Solutions, Inc. is focused on selling high alkaline water products under the Diamond Creek brand name. Diamond Creek High Alkaline Water is a 9.5pH high alkaline natural spring water, sourced from springs. Diamond Creek is available in one gallon, one liter and half liter bottles.
