AC W031 STD will replace AC W03

We would like to inform that at the end of 2021, AC W03 injector will be replaced by AC W031 STD injector. This change will affect the speed and comfort of installation of injectors used in our autogas installations.

Why W031 STD?
The new injector model is smaller than its predecessor. Smaller dimensions make it easier and faster to install.

In this design, we have provided the possibility of direct installation in the distributor. As a result, the number of connections decreased and the precision of gas dosage increased. This was achieved by shortening the hoses supplying the injector with the manifold. New devices were also used here to precisely calibrate the injector in terms of gas flow through the section.

During the production of W031 STD, we used materials which improve the injector's resistance to dirt found in gas. Thanks to this solution, the injectors do not 'stick' even at low temperatures.

Tailor-made technology
W031 STD injectors feature powerful solenoids with efficient cooling, dimensionally selected pistons and Teflon coatings in the gas dosage section.
Appropriately selected characteristics of the return spring prevent the injectors from "sticking" at low temperatures. Additionally, the design ensures precise metering of fuel doses in all conditions.

At the same time W031 STD are fully compatible with older variants of injectors and other STAG brand products.
