(Alliance News) - 1Spatial PLC on Thursday said Andrew Fabian will resign as chief financial officer and is set to be replaced by Fusion Global Ltd CFO Stuart William Ritchie.

The Cambridge, England-based location master data management software and solutions provider said Fabian would resign on Monday next week after two and a half years with 1Spatial.

He will remain with the company until the end of February 2023 to ensure a smooth handover.

Ritchie will take over as 1Spatial CFO on Monday next week. He is currently CFO at workflow software provider Fusion Global, previously serving as global head of accounting and external reporting at Frankfurt-listed eCommerce group Zeal Network SE.

"The board and I would like to thank Andrew for the role he has played in seeing 1Spatial safely into its next stage of growth, providing the business with a solid financial platform to support its evolving software as a service business model," said 1Spatial Non-Executive Chair Andy Roberts.

"We are delighted to welcome Stuart to the Board. With his experience in international technology companies, we are confident he will provide great financial leadership to the business alongside Claire and the team, as we seek to capture the considerable opportunity ahead of us," Roberts added, referring to Claire Milverton, chief executive officer at 1Spatial.

1Spatial confirmed Ritchie holds no shares in 1Spatial, nor any directorships or partnerships currently or within the last five years.

Shares in 1Spatial were up 0.5% to 48.76 pence in London on Thursday at midday.
