The U.K. Debt Management Office on Wednesday re-opened GBP6.75 billion ($8.40 billion) of 4.375%, 2054 gilt through syndication, it said.
It was the first of seven syndications planned by the DMO in the 2024-25 fiscal year.
"[The] 4.375% treasury gilt 2054 has been priced at GBP93.521 per GBP100 nominal, equating to a gross redemption yield of 4.7818%," DMO said.
U.K. investors formed the biggest share of buyers, taking around 91% of the allocation, DMO said.
