Enersize Oyj ("Enersize" eller "Bolaget") today announces that the board of the Company have decided to postpone the annual general meeting.

As a consequency of the corona situation the board of the Company has on April 20, 2020 decided to postpone the annual general meeting. The annual general meeting was planned to be held on April 23, 2020. The Company will invite to the annual general meeting later this spring.
