Zurich publishes Annual Report 2023 and AGM agenda

Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) today published its Annual Report 2023 . The report includes:

• The Group overview, outlining Zurich's strategy, featuring stories that showcase how it progressed on its journey towards innovation, customer-centricity, and simplification in the year 2023.
• The governance chapter, including the Group's corporate governance report and the remuneration report.
• The sustainability report, which includes non-financial information. Highlights from the sustainability report are also available online .
• The risk review and the financial review, which have already been published alongside the Group's full-year results on February 22, 2024.

Annual General Meeting 2024

Zurich Insurance Group Ltd (ZIG) also published today the invitation to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024, which takes place on April 10, 2024 at the Hallenstadion in Zurich, Switzerland.

As announced on February 22, 2024, the Board of Directors will propose to elect John Rafter as a new member. Dame Alison Carnwath will not stand for re-election, as she reached the maximum tenure of 12 years. The Chairman and all the other current members of ZIG's Board of Directors and Remuneration Committee will stand for re-election.
