ZTO Express Human Rights Protection Policy

In order to strengthen the protection of human rights for employees and relevant stakeholders, ZTO Express, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Labor Organization conventions, the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, and other relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual situation of the company, hereby formulates this policy.

Protection of Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining Rights: The company respects the freedom of association of employees and recognizes the right of employees to collective bargaining.

Protection of Women's Rights: The company prohibits gender discrimination, safeguards the equal rights and career development opportunities of female employees. For female employees during pregnancy, childbirth, and lactation periods, the company will provide corresponding rest and leave arrangements in accordance with legal requirements.

Protection of Persons with Disabilities: The company provides equal employment opportunities and working conditions for employees with disabilities, provides necessary work adaptation and auxiliary facilities, and safeguards their right to equal participation in labor activities.

Scope of Application:

This policy applies to all directors, managers, employees of ZTO Express and its subsidiaries, regardless of whether they work for the company in full-time,part-time, or other temporary forms, as well as suppliers and other partners. The company will comprehensively implement and continuously improve this policy to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of employees are fully protected, and to make positive contributions to the sustainable development of the company and the progress of society.
