ZPUE Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:PUE) agreed to acquire Przedsiebiorstwo Wielobranzowe Energetyki Elektroinstal and Energa Operator Produkcja from Energa-Operator SA on December 30, 2013. ZPUE Spolka Akcyjna signed and agreement to acquire Przedsiebiorstwo Wielobranzowe Energetyki Elektroinstal and Energa Operator Produkcja from Energa-Operator on February 6, 2014. The transaction is subject to approval by the Polish Competition and Consumer Protection Office.
