ZOZO, Inc. made a resolution at the board of directors held on September 12, 2019, to make a change of its Representative Director. Kotaro Sawada assumed new position of Representative Director, President & chief executive officer from former position director. Effective date is September 12, 2019.
The board also approved the retirement of Yusaku Maezawa as President and representative director.

The Companyâs business includes ZOZOTOWN business, PB business, BtoB business, advertising business and other business.
