Zoom Video Communications : Raises $1.75 Billion in Upsized Offering

Zoom Video Communications Inc. said its upsized public offering of 5.15 million shares was priced at $340 apiece, below Tuesday's closing price of $356.81.

The San Jose, Calif., online videoconferencing company said it expects gross proceeds of about $1.75 billion.

Zoom, which on Tuesday had indicated that it planned to raise $1.5 billion in the offering, said it granted the underwriter a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 735,294 shares.
