                The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2022 of Ziga Innovation Plc. 
("the Company") was held
On 8 April 2022 at 14.00 p.m. at the Bright Community Mall, No. 15/9, Rama 2 
Road, Tha Kham Sub-District,
Bang Khunthien District, Bangkok 10150. As well as submitting these minutes to 
the SET, the Company has
posted them on its website (www.ziga.co.th) for the shareholders to peruse.

If any shareholders has an objection or would like to make an amendment to the 
minutes, he or she can
submit a written opinion to the Company Secretary at Ziga Innovation Plc.,

Naiklongbangplakod, Phasamudjadee, Samudprakarn 10290 or via e-mail
