Ziga Innovation Public Company Limited would like to inform the Company has signed a memorandum of understanding cooperation to study the feasibility of electricity distribution and co-energy and energy management

Between PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), Ziga Innovation Public Company Limited (ZIGA) and Suwan Property Company Limited Development Co., Ltd. (Suwan) with details as follows:

Ziga Innovation Public Company Limited engages in digital asset business, pre-zinc steel pipe business under the ZIGA brand and electrical conduit under the DAIWA brands and create sustainability of energy with renewable energy has cooperated with a partner, namely Charoenchai Transformer Co., Ltd. in the innovation pilot project Low carbon power transformer to step into a low carbon society in bitcoin mining which ZIGA attaches importance to the stability and security of electric power for efficient digital asset operations. Therefore, the source of joint development in cooperation with PTT Public Company Limited, a leader in the creation of renewable energy (Renewable Energy).

Project Objectives

PTT, Suwan and ZIGA intend to jointly carry out a project to study and determine guidelines for electricity and co-energy services for enterprises with the power generation system and the combined energy (cogeneration) and/or Renewable Energy and/or Electricity and Combined Energy Distribution System and energy management to increase stability and energy efficiency within the facility, which ZIGA and affiliates business related to technology for digital assets are interested in setting up an establishment within SW Logistic Park, Rayong Province

Period

This Memorandum of Understanding is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of joint signing or as agreed by all parties to extend the period. However, during the period according to the memorandum. The three parties may agree to terminate this Memorandum of Agreement before expiration. The party wishing to cancel must notify all parties in writing at least 30 days in advance and obtain consent from all parties. However, this must not affect the activities or related matters or a pending operation to continue until completion.
