Zhangjiagang New Cloud Technology Industrial Consulting Enterprise (Limited Partnership) agreed to acquire 56% stake in Zhangjiagang Furui Hydrogen Power Equipment Co., Ltd. from Zhangjiagang Furui Special Equipment Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300228) for CNY 56 million on June 15, 2018. Upon completion, Zhangjiagang New Cloud Technology Industrial Consulting Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will hold 80% stake. For the year ended December 31, 2017, Zhangjiagang Furui Hydrogen Power Equipment Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 177.1 million, net assets of CNY 41.1 million, revenue of CNY 86.8 million, and net profit of CNY 5.6 million. The transaction is subject to shareholders’ approval of Zhangjiagang Furui Special Equipment Co.,Ltd. The transaction was approved by the Board of Zhangjiagang Furui Special Equipment Co.,Ltd on June 15, 2018.
