On February 16, 2024, YETI Holdings, Inc. notified S. Faiz Ahmad, Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, that his employment with the Company would terminate effective as of March 1, 2024. Mr. Ahmad will provide transition services as a consultant to the Company for a period of three months following the termination of his employment.
