(SHSE:603992) agreed to acquire remaining 49% stake in Bestter (XiaMen) Technology ,.Inc from Wu Duanyu, Gong Binhua, Xiamen Beimiao Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Xiamen Beiben Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) for approximately CNY350 million on October 18, 2023. On October 18, 2023, Xiamen Solex High-tech Industries Co., Ltd. held the fourth meeting of the third board of directors, and approved the proposal on the purchase of minority shareholder equity.

(SHSE:603992) completed the acquisition of remaining 49% stake in Bestter (XiaMen) Technology ,.Inc from Wu Duanyu, Gong Binhua, Xiamen Beimiao Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Xiamen Beiben Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) on December 8, 2023. Transaction has been approved by Xiamen Solex High-tech Industries' shareholders.
