Worldline: 'Tap & Pay' solution successfully deployed
One year after its launch, passengers can travel with ease, paying for their tickets directly at the bus network's validators using their bankcard or any EMV contactless device.
Keolis has chosen the 'Tap & Pay' solution for the Zest network. By combining Worldline's contactless validators and payment platform with Paragon ID's OPEN ticketing system, customers can access the Zest transport network simply and quickly by 'tapping' their bankcard or any other EMV medium on a validator.
The project, which went into production in less than a year after a 6-month pilot period, is now being rolled out across the entire Zest network.
