WAWEL S.A. 9/2018: The resolution on dividend
The Management Board of Wawel S.A. informs that on June 20, 2018 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Wawel S.A. has adopted the resolution No. 6 on distribution of dividend to the amount 37,493,875.00 PLN that constitutes 25.00 PLN per share. The dividen includes 1,499,755 shares of Issuer.
The General Meeting of Shareholders stated that:
- The date of setting the right to dividend is July 2, 2018.
- The date of dividend payout is July 10, 2018.
