Wallenstam AB Approves Dividend for the Year 2015, Payable on May 3, 2016; Appoints Karin Mattsson as Director

Wallenstam AB (publ) at its AGM held on April 26, 2016, approved dividend of SEK 1.50 per share for the 2015 financial year. The record day for the dividend was set for April 28, 2016 and distribution from Euroclear Sweden AB is expected to take place on May 3, 2016.

The company elected Karin Mattsson Weijber as a new Board member.
